Ruturaj Garnayak received his B. Tech degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Gandhi Institute for Technology, Bhubaneswar, India, in 2012, and his M.Tech degree in Power Electronics Control and Drives from Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Burla, India, in 2016. Currently, he is working towards the Ph.D. degree at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. His research interests include discrete time modeling and design of digitally controlled multi-level flying capacitor boost dc-dc converters with active flying capacitor voltage balancing and its application in automotive and renewables.
